Hi Charles,
I noticed that Velvet is now in Git and it has a more recent change than
the packaging in SVN. If this is a definite move I'd welcome if you
would remove velvet from SVN (and drop a README.status as for the other
moved packages). If you have time constraints just confirm and I'll
do the remove from SVN.
