Hi Andreas, I finally found some time to push an autopkgtest for unicycler :) A bit of rearrangement was also done in unicycler-data [1].

Although, I have a suspicion that the reads provided just do not assemble with enough coverage and thus the command fails. But let's see what will be their answer..
