package maintenance for gnumed-client and gnumed-server

Hi all,

after corresponding with Andreas Tille on the weekend, I was able to 
commit the new upstream releases of gnumed-client and gnumed-server to 
Salsa. I've been maintaining the Ubuntu gnumed-ppa over the last years. 
Because the ubuntu packages also rely on the debian packages, I'm 
willing to contribute to the maintenance of the debian packages.

I'm not sure how the perfect workflow would look like: I can commit the 
changes to salsa, but as Andreas told me I can't push the packages into 
unstable. So who do I have to notify to get the packaging started.
