FPM2 basically share the same code base of fpm. However, I can not sure that it is 100% compatible with fpm. I know FPM2 removed gpasman importer, which is included in fpm. I think the safest way is making FPM2 uses $/HOME/.fpm2 instead of current $HOME/.fpm I will ask upstream author of FPM2 about the compatibility issue. If nobody can confirm the compatibility, I will upload a "config file at $HOME/.fpm2" version later.
