For Samsung SCX-4623F, the printer-driver-splix package provides the
/usr/share/cups/drv/splix-samsung.drv file that, in turn, provides the
"Samsung SCX-4623f, 2.0.0 (en)" driver.
For Samsung ML-1510, the splix driver also provides support for it. Support
for it is also provided by "samsung-gdi", Ghostscript-internal, provided by
the "foomatic-db-compressed-ppds" package.

In short the results are negative.
The system detects the printers...but... failed to install.
Splix is installed. The system is fully upgraded.
This driver is there ...
/usr/share/cups/drv/splix-samsung.drv
If this is there I do not know....

My laptop is a Samsung RF510.
Maybe something else to try?
