Same observations here for the R Packages Maintainers team: most uploads are Team uploads. Moreover, when somebody leaves the team and kindly updates the Uploaders field in the VCS to remove their name, now the packages pop up in the radar with "hey, something happened in the VCS, maybe you should upload it", which is not really helpful...
