I've never used this page but as it seems to contain random packages I don't maintain, it doesn't seem to be a priority to start using it and modify metadata of packages for that.
and/or you don't get copies of bug reports filed against it.

Also feel free to clean up the Uploaders list from people who haven't been active for several years.
It's easy to say "feel free" but I don't think it's actually allowed to do that.
