Can I take this as a "GO" for switchign ALL Japanese manpages to UTF-8? I do this with: msgconv -t utf-8 ja.po >ja-new.po which basically does an "iconv" on the file and changes the header. It only fails when the original PO file is incorrect which I catch anyway when I'm doing l10n uploads.
