Please remove rocfft from testing. It's unlikely that we're going to be able to fix the compiler bug causing the FTBFS on ppc64el in a reasonable time. In the future, we may need to reconsider building any ROCm libraries for ppc64el at all given the bugs encountered in the compiler toolchain. The reverse dependencies of rocfft are hipfft and spfft, which will be removed from testing automatically on November 24th. They could be removed earlier to speed up the transition, as the problems causing their removal cannot be fixed on testing given the transition. [1]: https://bugs.debian.org/1120438
