So I really wonder if the issue with the changelog is *really* that
important to not simply use the just uploaded version. As I said I
think keeping the complete history of packaging in the changelog and
I wonder if this issue is worth keeping several people busy with
sorting out this version issue.
Honestly, uploading a 0.7.10-3 sounds to me really foolish and I
have no idea what to reasonably put into the changelog.
