Well, release team knows that this package was supposed to make it into Wheezy to fix the incorrect major version number in the library. Release team, could you please tell us what to do? Do you consider letting libcitadel3 and the corresponding citadel/webcit packages into Wheezy? If so, we should get it out of NEW. If not, do we release with the buggy version?
