The libcurl change there doesn't appear to be mentioned in the
changelog.
Hmm, no idea why, probably an oversight. Do you want a new upload for
that?
Not unless something else comes up. I'm guessing the version
restriction is for CURLOPT_SSL_OPTIONS or the BEAST stuff?
