I haven’t tested it, but I would be surprised if all of these applied cleanly
on 6.1.  As a general rule, I don’t like to cherry-pick patches this large as
they can introduce corner case bugs that are hard to catch.

Otherwise, does Redmine 7 require Rails 8? Do you plan on keeping on Redmine
6.1 for now?

Yes, Redmine 7 requires Rails 8.1.  Otherwise, I would just package Redmine 7
now.

Do you have any sense of how many things would break if we upgraded Rails to

Something in the neighborhood of 40-50 packages, I'd have to double check.

It would be good to know when we can go back to 3.x.

P.S.  I am CCing the list in case anyone else is working on packages that
need a particular version of html-pipeline.
