Hi! This has been fixed in golang-defaults_2:1.10~4 and golang-go is now the default Go compiler on s390x. This also means that golang-any defaults to golang-go on all release architectures and hence it's now safe to replace golang-go with the golang-any build dependency for all Go packages in Debian. Any package that does not build with gccgo-go will affect Debian Ports architectures only which aren't officially supported anyway and for which the Debian Ports team takes care of.
