Well, I'm temporarily suspending that binutils release. I know it's last-minute, but I ran into a problem that the testsuite didn't quite show on Alpha...and it's major (kept the latest glibc from building).
Back to the drawing board :-( I'll remove any uploads done against it from master now. C
