I reuploaded the binutils package a minute ago. It turns out to be a problem with the rules script for glibc (I'll fix it and send the notice to Joel). I was sleep-deprived, so sorry for the misunderstanding :-)
So, all archs can now go ahead and compile the new binutils and upload.... C
