Naja, da md5sum nunmal das gesamte File lesen muss, ist es naturgemaess
zumindest wenig effizient :)
Es gibt Heuristiken, die das abkuerzen, diff kennt z.B.:
--speed-large-files
Assume large files and many scattered small changes.
Offensichtlich kommt damit eine gewisse Unsicherheit ins Spiel - wie
gross die ist haengt halt davon ab, wie gut die Heuristik auf die
Realitaet passt :)
