Hmm, interessant. Mir ist nicht ganz klar warum mutt-ng da utf-8 waehlt, aber mutt haette dasselbe gemacht. Und ja ich habe: set send_charset = "us-ascii:iso-8859-1:iso-8859-15:utf-8" fuer beide gesetzt.
