Hello, Before I break down and ask for help again setting up email which I have thoroughly messed up once more...can someone explain to me why when I uninstall exim apache also gets uninstalled? I am using Synaptic as my front end for the package manager, and it is not too clear about what it intends to install or delete before it gets done (still I find it easier to use than dselect or aptitude).
