hello... stupid question, maybe, but is there any way to change to local time after having chosen universal time when installing debian? if so, how do it do it? i'd look in the archives but the site seems to be down at the moment, and i have no clue. i thought perhaps base-config would do this, but it does not. any help would be greatly appreciated.
