mutt-1.3.15

Hello,
I tried to compile mutt-1.3.15
All seems ok with ncurses-5.2 and libiconv-1.6.1
but when I was running make in ~/mutt-1.3.15 it failed
with this message : iconv no good 
                    try libiconv instead

Is, libiconv-1.6.1, the suitable version of libiconv 
for mutt-1.3.15 ?
