libc6>=2.1.97

I'm trying to install a .deb package which depends on libc6>=2.1.97
and have been unable to locate it. I run Potato and only have
v.2.1.3-13 of libc6.

Anyone know where it can be found and also if it will cause problems 
with 2.2.r2?  Thanks,     John.
