dcraw if you have dcraw and ... hmm not sure what other magic ... then Gnome works with these files transparently in Nautilus (preview and open). The is a dcraw gimp plugin and I think a ufraw plugin too. dcraw is generally a command line tool but the plug in has a gui. Graham E
