Are both machines running the same java/java plugin release? :-? Besides, Lenny installs a quite old version (3.0.x) of Iceweasel, so you could also try to: 1/ Update it from backports to 3.5.x branch 2/ Download Firefox directly from Mozilla site (no installation needed, just "click-&-run") Do not perform neither #1 or #2 under a production machine because things can/tend to break.
