PPS: "Guten Tag miteinander!" or "Hallo miteinander!" or "Hallo zusammen!"
Resp. "Moin" is independent of the daytime, so it's the German "Hallo", sometimes misinterpreted for "Guten Morgen" (Good morning!) only, but it's for "Guten Tag" (Good day!) and "Guten Abend!"
