It does install fine here (buster VM, fresh install) Try: $ apt-get --autoremove purge libapache2-mod-php7.3 Note the '--autoremove', strip it from the command if you can't use it. Then install the pkg as follow: $ apt-get install libapache2-mod-php7.3 -- John Doe
