If you can reduce your /etc/apt/sources.list by commenting out third party
repositories like Trinity, that will help.
Why are you repeating this? Gene already has been given (at least) two
links to the same Debian manual, which takes him through this process
and it specifically says to disable all third party repos. It doesn't
need to be repeated again, if he ignores this is means he failed to RTFM
and we cannot help with this condition, user must learn himself.
