ok, let us close this issue. 

Well, I was unprecise, it was set to =true , not YES.

However, I purged and reinstralled macchanger and when the installer asked me, 
if want the macaddress changed everytime the interface gets active, I chose 
"yes".

Ok, my fault, I should have checked /etc/default/macchanger, but "true" in my 
sense is "yes, change it!". That true means "no, do nothing!" I wasn't aware.

Sorry my fault. I also looked at some doc, which explained more, but didn't 
find any, but changelog* and copyright. 
My fault, too.

I will find my solutions myself, next time, and not to try to help others, 
when I see, something is looking fishy.
