I used it earlier today without problem.
Now it's asking for a new password.

As a trouble shooting 1st step I went to

I got a return email with the expected UserID and password.

What do I do now?

Hi Richard,

Since I was once into Usenet and had no knowledge of this site, I truncated the address you gave to just the top level to learn what it is all about.  On that page I found "For tests, information and support for users of news.eternal-september.org the local hierarchy *eternal-september.** is open to unregistered users, too."

And there is a link on the top left _Links_ list that provides "Contact" information.

Perhaps someone there might be able to help?

Bob
