I don't know what that is opr where it comes from; it isn't provided by any official Debian repository, so you must be getting it from some other configured repository. Showing output of: $ apt policy mesa-libgallium may provide some hints as to what you have configured. For example, the version in trixie is 25.0.7-2. In trixie-backports it's 25.2.6-1~bpo13+1. In forky and sid it's 25.3.3-1. The fact that you have other packages that depend upon version 25.0.7-2 suggests that the rest of your system is Debian 13 (trixie). In general giving more information like what release of Debian you're running and what third-party package repositories you might be using will help people to help you, and remove some of the guesswork. I did a web search for "25.3.3-1~mx25ahs" and found some references to MXLinux so maybe you are not running Debian at all, or have somehow installed deb packages that aren't made for Debian.
