Sometimes running 'apt update' fixes these sorts of problems. Apt update
resync's you local copy of the package lists with the actual list on the repo
servers. It is also possible that the servers are not fully synced or updates
are currently in progress -- waiting a shourt while and then running apt
update and then apt install.
