Is there really an opportunity to let wget only download 1 MiB ?
I did not find such an option in the man page.
So i had to stop wget after a few MB with Ctrl+C.
i haven't said it clearly or correctly. if rewritten, i wouldn't mention
wget and would simply say "it needn't iso file in entirety, a few
megabytes is enough"

i have high hope that my language holds 3rd place in alphabet order:
1)ae=American English
2)be=British English
3)ce=Chinese English
for simplification i propose elimination of a/an/the in CE as they aren't
