I'm going to be AFK for about 24h or so (I'm doing the Dunwich Dynamo) and will come back to make some formal amendments to this.
So far things on my todo list are: * Allow listmasters, Planet admins, and possibly individual maintainers, to make exceptions to the "human only" rule. (Subthreads started by Andrea and Tiago * Pluralise "Code of Conduct" (subthread from Lucas) * Maybe propose a version without paragraph 8 (the one about translations). This seems like a can of worms and it might be better to leave it sealed. If you are broadly supportive of my proposal, please LMK your opinions. If you are not, please keep quiet, obviously.
