And no, after the editorial changes fiasco, nothing is "obvious" any
more when regarding GRs.
But these parts of the GR text is to be interpreted by the Community
Team, listmastsers, DAM, and so on. I think we can trust their
judgement.
I'd prefer to have a clear wording in the GR.
