I have followed your recommendation for all EML files and will keep an eye
on it. However, I AM suspicious - because this problem does not occur
consistently. I see plenty of ORDB notifications where Declude appended the
original message JUST fine.  It's about a 50/50 success/failure rate.

I would recommend editing the ORDBbounce.eml file and hit "return" right
after the "%FULLMSG%".  I'm guessing that there is a problem with having
the file end with a variable.
