Yes, I have text after the domain.  Here is what's in my blacklist file.

The "?" shouldn't be a problem here.

Does the line in the blacklist file have text after the domain (IE 
"em5000.net  em5000.net is banned", not just "em5000.net")?  There may be 
an issue where the text is required.
