I put them all into a single Sql2000 database table and maintain them there to avoid duplicates and program expansion. Then I generate DECLUDE's filter file from the database. Anything that was whitelisted is now a negative weight. The database and programmed maintenance has stopped all typing errors, duplicates, and so on. And I think it is faster, too, just have one rule set.
