Nope - that's not the case here.

Look at the header one more time, please.  You'll see that the remote host
is "mtlmailrouter.cranesupply.com [207.107.10.2]".  My backup SMTP server is
not involved.  Still, the DECLUDE-NOTE header lists a remote host of "null
string".

PS: What's the story with your garbled list server subject field.  For the
last two days, I always see garbled text such as:

"RE: X-RBL-Warning: %WARNING%REVDNS:Re: [Declude.JunkMail] 1.21b Improved -
but Headers stillbroken!"

but my subject was just

"Re: 1.21b Improved - but Headers stillbroken!"
