When there are multiple recipients, the E-mail will only be scanned
once. However, Declude will read in the configuration for each of the
recipients, and act on each.

Unfortunately, IMail will add that mailbox as a recipient when the E-mail
is received, rather than when it delivers it, so Declude will see that user
as a potential recipient.
I would recommend adding a config file for that account that has the "LOG"
action only for all of the tests.

I would recommend adding a per-user config file for that address, to help
minimize the potential for conflicts.
