I'm having trouble getting the WARN action to work.
It doesn't seem to do anything.
I've used the "set RSP off" test email to trigger the RSP
test, and I've got "RSP WARN" configured, but nothing
gets added to the header of the email.
the log file shows that the RSP trigger is being detected, so
I know decmail is processing the message.
