We are looking into adding a "weighting" system, that would let you 
accomplish this.

You could, for example, give the REVDNS test a weight of 3, and the ORDB

test a weight of 7, with a "trigger" of 10.  That way, if an E-mail
failed 
both the REVDNS test and the ORDB test (total weight of 10), the E-mail 
would be considered spam.  But failing just the REVDNS or ORDB test 
wouldn't trigger it as being spam.
