You can rename the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file to temporarily disable
Declude JunkMail. This will make sure that the Declude JunkMail
functionality is not enabled.
If you need to make sure that Declude doesn't run at all for some reason,
you would need to follow the "Emergency Uninstall" section of the manual to
disable it entirely.
