Here is my two cents worth... we are using both programs and they work great...(once you know what the heck your doing that is) LOL! The fine tuning is what takes you so long. Using WARN does nothing but tell you it spam ( which I'm sure they are aware of by now), you need to use hold or delete to actually do something.
