There are no immediate plans to directly support multiple actions per test
(IE having the MAILFROM test add a warning to the headers and have the
subject altered), although it can be done by defining two identical tests
with different names.
For example, in the definitions section of the global.cfg file you could have:
RBL ip4r relays.mail-abuse.org 127.0.0.2
RBL2 ip4r relays.mail-abuse.org 127.0.0.2
Then, in the $default$.JunkMail file, you could have:
RBL WARN
RBL2 SUBJECT RBL:
