The SUBJECT action by default adds "SPAM: " to the subject of the E-mail.
This is an easy way to let users know that the mail is probably spam, but
lets them decide whether or not to read it. To use a different subject, add
it after "SUBJECT". For example, "RBL SUBJECT RBL:".
Note that if you include quotes on that line, they will show up in the
subject, so you would probably just want:
RBL SUBJECT (SUSPECTED SPAM)
