I would need to see the headers (or the code that Declude puts in the log, 
such as C000202) in order to know for sure.  There's also a "BADHEADERS 
lookup" page at http://www.declude.com/tools that will give you an idea of 
the problem.

In the case of ASPMail, there is at least one older version that had a 
broken Date: header, but it has been fixed for recent 
versions.  Specifically, version 3.02 has the broken Date: header, but 
version "4.0 4.0.3" is OK.

You could whitelist E-mail using ASPMail ("WHITELIST ANYWHERE AspMail"), 
but that could allow extra spam through.  And, it would just help encourage 
people to continue using the old (broken) version of ASPMail.
