I would need to see the headers (or the code that Declude puts in the log, such as C000202) in order to know for sure. There's also a "BADHEADERS lookup" page at http://www.declude.com/tools that will give you an idea of the problem. In the case of ASPMail, there is at least one older version that had a broken Date: header, but it has been fixed for recent versions. Specifically, version 3.02 has the broken Date: header, but version "4.0 4.0.3" is OK. You could whitelist E-mail using ASPMail ("WHITELIST ANYWHERE AspMail"), but that could allow extra spam through.
