A partial match means that one string is found within another.  For 
example, a partial match would be finding "pm" in "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".  An exact 
match would be matching the whole string, so "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" would be an 
exact match of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
