FYI, the latest beta is 1.31.
You need to have a file named exactly "\IMail\Declude\BANnotify.eml". You
should also check to make sure that it has "To:", "From:", and "Subject:"
lines before the first blank line, and that it doesn't have any extraneous
stuff in there (a bug in IE may cause HTML code to be added to the file).
