They are executed in the order that they are defined in the global.cfg file.

That's a year old feature that never made it out of beta testing, due to
high false positives on mailing list digests. However, it may come back
now as it could work very well with the weighting system. The default
level at which it works is 9 (meaning that a 9 or 10 value will trigger it,
on the scale of 1 to 10).
