That's because IMail is smart enough to know the importance of the
Message-ID: header, and it adds it if the E-mail was sent without one. So
even though you see the header, it was sent without one.
Also note that AspEmail is technically breaking another RFC by reporting
the host name of the server as "AspEmail" (in the HELO text). This may
prevent some mail servers from accepting the mail.
